Principles of Mathematics is designed for students who intend to pursue a career in mathematics or engineering and/or who wish to explore the theoretical, abstract side of mathematics.

Principles of Mathematics 12 can lead to Calculus 12, which prepares students to take calculus at a postsecondary level and to write the University Challenge Examination.
