| Description: | Earth Science 11 is a lab-oriented course that introduces students to the Earth and its environment. The material that make up the Earth and the processes such as weathering, erosionm, tectonic motion, and volcanism that act on it. Students will understand the Earth's history the development of landforms and the science of the oceans and the sky (meteorology). The course includes comparisions between our plant and what we know about other planets in the solar system and what the study of astronomy and other space sciences tells us about the development of the universe. | |
