Online Classrooms

    Students within virtual courses have the opportunity to access assistance from their teachers via e-mail, phone, and discussion boards. In addition to these, all virtual students associated with eSchoolBC can connect with their teacher for online tutoring through Elluminate Live!
    Visit the Configuration Room before the meeting to make sure your computer is configured correctly.

Online Tutorials

  • Once you have configured your computer, a 5 minute Participant Tutorial is available for first time users.
  • Please visit the Elluminate Training page for a series of more Advanced Tutorials.

Technical Support

  • 24 hour technical support is available from the Elluminate Live! Technical Support Team at 1-866-388-8674 (toll free).
  • The Elluminate Support page contains extensive documentation, answers to frequently asked questions and a searchable knowledge base.
